Indira Institute of Management was established in 1994, is a Premier B-School in Pune under the Prestigious Educational Group Shree Chanakya Education Society. The institute offers one undergraduate programme in BBA and 2 post-graduate programmes in MBA and PGDM. The MBA and BBA programmes are affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University whereas PGDM programme is affiliated to the AICTE New Delhi.
It is ranked amongst the top two B-schools in Pune, by the prestigious AIMA – IMJ. It also got a place in the top 30 all India ranking on the basis of Industry interface parameters by the same organisation. It was ranked amongst the top three educational institutes in Pune for two consecutive years by Business India. It is the first Management institute in Pune and third in Maharashtra to be accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for MBA course.
It has spacious classrooms with modern audio-visual facilities and various computer labs with high-speed internet access. The college library has an excellent collection of textbooks and journals.
